Description:

Through several practical examples of HSE Management
system, you will learn about the practical techniques for
planning, implementing and monitoring effective HSE
management system.
This includes:
- How to identify and assess risks on a day-to-day basis
- How to identify system elements and activities that are
effective for managing risk and controlling loss, and which
provide a basis for continuous improvement
- How to apply professional management principles and
techniques to design, develop and implement
comprehensive safety systems
- How to monitor and manage change within the
organisation's safety culture
Upon successful completion of this course, participants will
understand and be able to demonstrate:
- HSE Policy, HSEMS Structure,
- Hierarchy of documents, Responsibilities, Elements and
Expectations of HSEMS,
- Development and managing teams, ISRS: A
comprehensive measurement system.
